The ROCORI School District’s main office is located in Cold Spring, Minnesota. The school district has an approximate enrollment of 2,299 kindergarten through grade twelve students.

LEADERSHIP PROFILE: The ROCORI School Board seeks a superintendent who:
- Is able to develop trust and work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Delegates authority while maintaining accountability
- Is a “people person” with proven abilities in human relations and communications
- Develops and directs an effective leadership team
- Works cooperatively with the School Board; provides options and recommendations
- Acts with honesty and in an ethical manner with the School Board, staff, students, and community
- Has experience in school district management practices
Previous superintendent experience preferred, but not required.
SALARY/CONTRACT: A regionally-competitive compensation package will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. The contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statute.
