Education Manager – SEL (Social/Emotional Learning)
Summary/Objective: The SEL Education Manager is responsible for collaborating with member school districts to support the mental health of students and adults within the regions’ member school districts. The position will focus on building resilience through the incorporation of Bounce Back Project principles. The position will also work in collaboration with local health care systems, the Minnesota Department of Health, and local public health. The SEL Education Manager must possess technology skills that allow for adaptability in program and training settings: including face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid. This is a full-time, grant funded position.

1. Research, plan, and develop education & training programs that rotate among
member districts for the teaching of Bounce Back principles, coping strategies,
information on stress awareness and management, mental health awareness,
and resilience to both small and large group audiences
2. Serve as a liaison between schools districts and community agencies to
develop support networks that incorporate Bounce Back Project principles
3. Develop and cultivate relationships with current and prospective program partners and
other organizations
4. Support quality programming through effective communication, program
monitoring, and evaluation
5. Perform additional tasks and special projects on an as-needed basis
6. Offer excellent customer service to our members, customers, partners, and staff
7. Maintain knowledge of social and emotional development within education
8. Other duties as assigned
This job operates in a professional hybrid office environment and requires frequent travel
throughout our service cooperative region.

Qualifications:
