The Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Public Schools’ main office is located in Long Prairie, Minnesota. The school district has an approximate enrollment of 933 pre-kindergarten through grade twelve students.

LEADERSHIP PROFILE: The Long Prairie-Grey Eagle School Board seeks a superintendent who:
- Is a “people person” with proven abilities in human relations and communications
- Is a visionary, creative thinker
- Develops trust and works collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Has experience in school finance
- Promotes business and community partnerships
- Understands the effects of poverty on student learning and achievement
- Works cooperatively with the School Board; provides options and recommendations
Previous superintendent experience preferred, but not required.
SALARY/CONTRACT: A competitive compensation package, with a minimum salary of $140,000 will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. The contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statute.
