The Sartell-St. Stephen School District’s main office is located in Sartell, Minnesota. The school district has an approximate enrollment of 4,000 pre-kindergarten through grade twelve students.

LEADERSHIP PROFILE: The Sartell-St. Stephen School Board seeks a superintendent who:
- Acts with honesty and in an ethical manner with the School Board, staff, students, and community
- Is visible and accessible to all stakeholders across the district
- Develops and directs an effective leadership team
- Works cooperatively with the School Board; provides options and recommendations
- Has experience in implementing educational priorities
- Maintains a good working relationship with the media
- Has proven abilities in human relations and communications
Previous superintendent experience preferred, but not required.
SALARY/CONTRACT: The past superintendent’s contracted salary for the 2023-24 school year was $192,500. A regionally-competitive compensation and benefits package will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. Contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statute.
