Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Assists the Superintendent of Schools with meeting the goals and objectives of the School District. Directs and supervises the human resource functions of the district. Assists the Superintendent and School Board on matters to improve programs and policies, engage community stakeholders, and communicate with staff, students, and community groups. Provides organizational supervision over all personnel under the supervision of the building principals and assists them in the day to day operations of their buildings. Acts as lead negotiator for all employee contract negotiations and has knowledge of PK-12 finance and budgeting. Assists with supervision over administrative team and transportation department. Science Teacher
This position is for a full time science teacher at Brainerd High School. The teaching assignment includes teaching .6 FTE in Physical Science, .2 FTE in both Biology & Chemistry.
EBD Teacher
Elementary / Middle Level classroom teacher in a separate site educational program for students with emotional and behavior disorders. Provide behavior management, social skills instruction, and academic instruction for students in a self-contained classroom. Responsible for completing all due process procedures and supervising educational assistants.
