LEADERSHIP PROFILE: The Kaleidoscope Charter School Board seeks an executive director who:
- Develops trust and works collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Is a “people person” with proven abilities in human relations and communications
- Develops and directs an effective leadership team
- Possesses a strong academic background with experience in curriculum
- Experience in school finance
- Familiar with state and federal education laws
- Visible and accessible to the School Board, staff, students, parents, and community
Previous executive director or superintendent experience preferred, but not required.
SALARY/CONTRACT: A competitive compensation and benefits package will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. The contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statute.
