The Kaleidoscope Charter School’s main office is located in Otsego, Minnesota. The district has an approximate enrollment of 540 kindergarten through grade twelve students.

LEADERSHIP PROFILE: The Kaleidoscope Charter School Board seeks an executive director who:

  • Develops trust and works collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Is a “people person” with proven abilities in human relations and communications
  • Develops and directs an effective leadership team
  • Possesses a strong academic background with experience in curriculum
  • Experience in school finance
  • Familiar with state and federal education laws
  • Visible and accessible to the School Board, staff, students, parents, and community

Previous executive director or superintendent experience preferred, but not required.

SALARY/CONTRACT:  A competitive compensation and benefits package will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. The contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statute.
