Technology Support – Level II Technician

CONTRACT: 12-month position

 

JOB GOAL:  Level II – Technology Support (District-wide)

 

Oversee and maintain building technology so that students and staff can effectively utilize technology resources. Provide technical support for students and staff with equipment and software.

 

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for content management, training and publishing updates on all isd2144.org websites. Webmaster role and ADA compliance support.
On-site Level II / Level I Technology Support for schools.
District-wide technology helpdesk support.
Coordinates in-house installations and hardware repair.
Coordinates contracted hardware repair for mobile devices (laptops, tablets, Chromebooks, etc).
Primary conduit for all printer and copier needs between school district and managed print services vendor.
Coordinates video and streaming programs in the district.
Leads building technology support training for tech support staff.
Mobile Device Management (iOS devices, Promethean Panel Android devices: updates, apps, and more).
Provides system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all district technology.
Classroom hardware and panel management.
Provides guidance on technology-related purchases.
Maintain confidentiality as per mandated data privacy laws.
Performs other building duties as assigned.

Elementary Special Education Teacher – EBD Preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Create a program and learning environment that provides specialized instruction for
students with unique needs or identified disabilities, such that the students benefit from
the general education curriculum to the greatest extent possible.
● Write IEP’s and Due Process Reports in accordance with MDE regulations.
● Provide instruction to assigned students implementing IEP’s (Individual Educational
Plans), and prepare academic materials for students following approved curriculum.
● Implement IEPs, assess students’ performance, and track their progress.
● Update IEPs throughout the school year to reflect students’ progress and goals.
● Identify the needs of assigned students with disabilities through formal and informal
assessments.
● Communicate with students, parents and staff on a regular basis on student progress.
● Attend department, school, and parent meetings.
● Provide social skills, emotional, and behavioral instruction, along with behavioral
modification strategies.
● Assess students’ skills and determine their educational needs.
● Adapt general lessons to meet students’ needs.
● Plan activities that are specific to each student’s abilities.
● Teach and monitor goals with students as a class, in small groups, and one-on-one.
● Discuss students’ progress with parents, other teachers, counselors, and administrators.
● Supervise and mentor teacher assistants who work with students with disabilities.
● Prepare and help students transition from grade to grade and from school to life outside
of school.
● Other job related duties as assigned.

PRINCIPAL – MIDDLE SCHOOL

Aquatic Center Workers

Aquatic Center Workers – Summer 2022

Lifeguards:
If you enjoy working with kids of all ages, this is the job for you! Shifts are 6 hours a day. Must hold a current lifeguard certification.

Water Safety Instructor:
We are currently hiring Water Safety Instructors to teach various levels of swimming lessons during June, July and August. Must hold a current WSI certification.

Concession Workers:
Must be 16 years of age or older. Duties consist of admissions, serving concessions, supervising locker rooms, answering phones and some miscellaneous cleaning as needed.
