The Director of Data Analytics is responsible for district-wide evaluation applying the Baldrige Criteria for Educational Excellence and serves as a member of the district leadership team and superintendent’s cabinet. The Director provides day-to-day leadership in the areas of continuous improvement, assessment, data management, data analysis, and results interpretation. Further, the Director provides leadership to building assessment coordinators, administrators, related teachers on special assignment, school improvement teams and staff and facilitates data-decision making, digital learning and systems-thinking throughout the district.
