Tech Integration Specialist
The Tech Integration Specialist is responsible for assisting with the planning, implementing and supporting the effective use of technology as a tool to support teaching and learning. Duties may also include performing special projects related to technology, curriculum and learning that requires research and/or confidentiality and will be in compliance with Aspen requirements and expectations. District Data and Assessment Coordinator
Job Goal: The District Data and Assessment Coordinator plays an important role in the distribution, gathering and analysis of various assessments. This person will use the data to help drive instruction and school academic operations. This person will also be responsible for coordinating assessment logistics and, at various times throughout the year, manage the day-to-day data and logistical needs of the instructional staff. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: *Coordinate and organize all school wide assessments (NWEA, MCA, ACCESS, OLPA, etc) *Be a part of Leadership Implementation, Academic, and Academic CORE teams *Provide focused instructional supervision, support and accountability for Grade 5 *Coordinate RTI intervention programs *Coordinate learning circle assessment and assessment (creation, collection, analysis) *Coordinate test wiz *Analyze data and provide data to teachers K-8 and board of directors. *Coordinate in school data conversion initiatives *Track all assessment for all students *Coordinate Star-Folders for all students K-8. *Attend grade level/subject level meeting regarding data *Coordinate alignment of day intervention to after school. *Attend State and off site assessment meeting as needed. *Responsible for uploading and downloading NWEA, MCA and classroom data to Campus and Test wiz. *Coordinate all common assessment *Conduct with in classroom informal and formal observations *Coordinate and support teachers in MCA prep for Reading & Math K-8 with data *Coordinate Star Folders for K-8 *Oversee Data board School-wide K-8 (not in place yet) *Provide chart of school-wide data level/knowledge of all teachers K-8 (for training and support purposes) (not in place yet) *Assist set up and pick up after all school wide PD, be the facilitator (Tuesday mornings, all day training, opening weeks, etc) *Attend Executive Team meeting as needed *Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
