Instructional Coach – Elementary
One (1.0 FTE) opening for Elementary Instructional Coach at Shakopee Public Schools. Teacher on Special Assignment. Provide direct coaching and professional development support for teachers and other specialists resulting in the continual growth and improvement of instructional/professional practices in the district. This position will be re-posted every three years and current coaches can reapply. CDF Freedom Schools servant leader interns are responsible for the front-line care and nurturing of the children. Using the Integrated Reading Curriculum, they serve as facilitators in the classroom and as leaders of parent workshops and community outreach activities. Seasonal Grounds Position, May 2016 through October 2016. 40 hours every 2 weeks with a rotating schedule: 1st week- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2nd Week-Tuesday and Thursday Position hours 7:00 am to 3:30 pm but may vary depending on district needs.
