Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Community Engagement and Director of Community Education the Enrollment Center Coordinator is responsible for the enrollment process of the school district system, including supervisor of staff and management of the Enrollment Center. Duties include recommending continuous and long range operational process improvements to measure and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of process workflow and Enrollment Center performance; working with other department building managers to problem solve and communicating operational objectives, purposes, and achievements; recommending strategic solutions for ongoing technical and systemic needs; and providing training and situational interpretation for district staff regarding enrollment process issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership – Tasks involved in fulfilling duty/responsibility:
Developing and implementing enrollment policies and procedures that align with the strategic plan and mission of the organization.
Providing direct leadershipoversight for Enrollment Center staff as well as collaborating with all partners at Northwest Family Service Center. This oversight includes providing daily work direction, contract compliance, financial oversight, and managing staff that support the direct operations of our Enrollment Center.
Establishes partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support enrollment objectives. This could include transportation, student services, information systems, building administration, and other key district stakeholders in the enrollment process.
Collaborating with district senior leadership on strategic boundary planning for the school district and enrollment processes and monitoring.
Overseeing and assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of the department’s operational budget that is in alignment with the district’s mission and strategic priorities.
Developing, implementing, and managing staff development programs for all Enrollment Center personnel.
Identifying deficiencies in the overall performance of the Enrollment Center by soliciting feedback from principals, directors and cabinet members. Directs efforts of and design training and standard operating procedures that address system level strategic objectives
Aligning initiatives and strategies; attending training; and serving on task forces and committees.
Administering a system to recruit, hire and manage the performance of Enrollment Center personnel.
Assuring compliance with all federal and state enrollment statutes and policies.
Working collaboratively with school administrators and leaders around the Enrollment Center process.
Developing and maintaining a communication strategy with multiple stakeholders with a focus on consistent and effective communication with a conflict resolution focus.
