Office Assistant (Long Term Substitute) – Lincoln Center Elementary School.
This temporary assignment is scheduled to work Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day; beginning approximately mid-November through mid-February, 2021, student days only.
Job Functions
Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, typing, computer use, greeting visitors, answering questions, filing, copying, processing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Assist school personnel, volunteers, parents and students as needed.
Maintain supervisor’s calendar
Other duties as assigned
