Preferred Candidates will have prior successful experience working with students in a diverse, multicultural education setting and/or experience working towards equity in education.

Position Start Date: Fall 2018
Days/Hours:  Student contact days; 8:00am – 3:45pm
Banded/Graded:  B-2-1
Salary:  Tier 5 – $19.03/hour (under negotiations)
Responsible To:  Building Principal
Position Purpose:  An Assurance of Mastery (AOM) Para works with teachers to support ALC students with instruction and academic support.

Benefits of Employment as of July 1, 2016:  Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Student Support Staff (MSEA Association) and District 112.  This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
