Classroom Music Teacher
Barnum Elementary is seeking a .45 FTE K-2 CLASSROOM MUSIC TEACHER to begin as soon as possible. MN licensure in classroom music is preferred. Open to candidates who can obtain a Tier 1 or 2 license. Candidate must demonstrate strong musical knowledge and ability, and be able to work well with our music team.
CFO/Executive Director of Business Services
Acts as the chief financial officer for the District, establishing District budget and financial policies
and procedures. Serves as an informational resource regarding fiscal matters related to
negotiating labor agreements. Provides oversight regarding the operations and the budget of
business services, food service, transportation, finance, purchasing, human resources and facilities
functions. Provides financial information to the Board and the public. Performs financial analysis of
District functions and recommends changes to maximize resource utilization. Provides for the
treasury function, including cash flow, ensuring the District is liquid for accounts payable, payroll
and cash-on-hand to meet day- to-day operations; invests surplus cash in order to maximize
interest earnings.
Elementary Principal
The principal provides leadership for all school programs and collaborates with system-level leaders
to achieve the District’s mission. Serves as the primary instructional leader to ensure improved
student achievement and establishes a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Champions
District vision, core values, and strategic objectives and ensures a collaborative culture. Develops
effective processes to plan for continuous improvement, solve problems to achieve desired results.
Implements all school board policies and procedures, as well as state and federal mandates.
High School Principal
Menahga Public Schools is seeking qualified candidates for a Principal position to provide supervisory and instructional leadership services according to the policies and regulations of the school board under the supervision of the superintendent for the planning, management, operation, and evaluation of the educational program for grades 9-12.
