Qualifications: Hold or be eligible for licensure as a Superintendent in Minnesota.  Successful experience as a superintendent or district administrator preferred.  Demonstrates strong commitment to student achievement, collaborative leadership, building partnerships in the community, supporting staff learning and development, transparent fiscal management and a high level of integrity with matching standards for honesty and ethics with the School Board, staff and community.

Barnum High School serves approximately 355 students in grades 7-12. Our district is located in beautiful rural NE Minnesota, just off of I-35, 30 miles south of Duluth and the North Shore.

We are looking for a High School Principal who will:

·         be the educational and instructional leader of our high school;

·         be responsible to the Superintendent of Schools for all organization, administration and supervision within the assigned building;

·         be of good character and lead by example, with a strong moral compass;

·         have effective oral and written communication skills;

·         possess excellent organizational skills; and

·         demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.

Speech Language Clinicians
