Summary of Duties:
Mankato Area Public Schools seeks an inspiring elementary art teacher who is responsible for teaching art to students in grades K-5 and assists the staff of the school in the improvement and appreciation of art instruction. Candidates should help students grow in their enjoyment, appreciation, and creativity throughout art education. This position does require travel between Mankato area elementary school locations to provide general art instruction.

Incumbents also participate and collaborate with other instructional professionals, administrators, parents, counselors, and other district personnel concerning student needs, issues and district learning initiatives, curriculum, and building issues.
