SALARY/CONTRACT: A competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting salary range of $155,000 – $180,000, will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. Contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statute. Additional benefits may include, Health (including Teladoc Health)/dental, life, long-term disability insurance; tax-sheltered annuity match; VEBA/HSA contribution; vacation; paid holidays; sick/personal/bereavement leave days; and more.

Special Education Paraprofessional

Special Education Paraprofessional position.  This position will be for 7 hours per day 5 days per week to provide support and supervision of level III special needs students with developmental cognitive disabilities at Lincoln Elementary School.  Approximate rate of pay starts at $20.44.  The position commences on immediately upon hire.

Spanish-English Dual-Immersion Teacher

Substitute Teacher

Job Description:                     Faribault Public Schools are currently accepting applications for on-call substitute teachers. Rate of pay: $40/hr or $200/day. No benefits are available.

Qualifications:                         Previous experience preferred.

EL Teacher 1.0 FTE – ALC

Essential Functions:   A full-time (1.0 FTE) EL Teacher/Co-Teacher at Faribault Area Learning Center. This position will consist of teaching a combination of self-contained EL language development classes as well as co-teaching in core classes.  The position will focus on advanced level students helping them access English content at a high school level. This position commences with the 2025-2026 school year.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:   Thorough knowledge of language development and second language acquisition. Experience working is perfered with at-risk youth and have a strong understanding of immigrant and refugee acculturation experiences.

Salary: Based on qualifications, is $259.04-$485.53 per diem. Per the teacher union contract
