Essential Functions: Assist in providing the directions for the Professional Development School Partnership (PDS) with Minnesota State Mankato and to assume dual roles that include responsibilities within the Faribault Public Schools and responsibilities within the University Community. Work closely with the FPS and University faculty to communicate goals, align resources and assist in guaranteeing the effectiveness of each teacher candidate placement. Consult, collaborate and coach general education teachers. Collaborate with teachers to modify curricula as required. Coordinate and implement appropriate interventions for RtI Reading; review intervention data. Monitor student progress with team members. Use data to assist with revisions of interventions, assist with making decisions regarding future instructional strategies and in setting new goals. This position commences with the 2017-18 school year on August 28, 2017.

Position Summary: Provide officiating services for the following KIDS FIRST sports: Fall – Football and Volleyball Winter – Basketball and Wrestling Spring – Baseball and Softball Successful candidates must demonstrate ability to build quality relationships in officiating role with program athletes, parents and staff. Job Description: – Lead the planning, development and execution of the sport program by focusing on building a positive culture and developing quality relationships with student-athletes and parents. – Implement an effective training and competition regiment that maximizes student-athlete performance in the sport – Provide direction and evaluation for assistant coaches throughout the program to ensure continuity through all levels. – Communicate effectively with all program stakeholders to ensure a positive, quality experience is provided for our student-athletes – Manage and track all equipment inventory and program budget each year – Perform all other duties as outlined by the Faribault Public Schools, MSHSL, Faribault Coaches Handbook, and Section Tournament Administrators
