The Lynd Public School’s main office is located in Lynd, Minnesota. The school district has an approximate enrollment of 170 pre-kindergarten through grade eight students.

LEADERSHIP PROFILE: The Lynd Public School Board seeks a superintendent with strong leadership skills in:
- Integrity and Ethics: Acts with honesty and in an ethical manner with the school board, students, staff, and community.
- Delegation and Accountability: Effectively delegates authority while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
- Leadership Development: Develops and directs a competent and effective leadership team.
- Financial Expertise: Possesses experience and knowledge in school finance.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrates strong communication abilities and proven skills in human relations.
- Board Collaboration: Works cooperatively with the School Board, providing options and informed recommendations.
SALARY/CONTRACT: A competitive starting salary range of $70,000 – $85,000, will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. Contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statute. Additional benefits available may include contributions toward health and dental insurances and 403(b).
