Worthington District 518 Community Education is seeking to hire a full-time Class III Administrative Secretary. This position provides administrative support to the Community Education Director and all Community Education departments. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Google Suite. The following qualities are necessary: detail-oriented, strong problem solving skills, ability to work independently, ability to multi-task on a daily basis, solid math skills, and excellent communications skills. The ability to communicate in two or more languages is welcome. We are looking for a candidate with two or more years of experience in an office or school setting, or comparable amount of college education.
