Mankato Area Public Schools has a Preschool Teacher position opening for 3 year old and 4 year old classes. Valid MN teaching license is preferred. Four year degree in related field is required with knowledge in child development and parent child interactions. Must be able to demonstrate use of research based instructional and engagement strategies of preschool age students. Ability to work as a team.

Follow all due process requirements under the Individual with Disabilities Education Act and Every School Succeeds Act. Work collaboratively with building staff. Provide direction to Paraprofessionals on day-to-day activities for student achievement. Participate in IEP meetings and facilitate communication between staff and families if necessary.
