Required Qualifications:
1. Valid MN teaching license
2. Must work well with elementary aged students of various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
3. Must have strong desire and skills to collaborate
4. Must be organized
5. Good human relation skills
6. Must be willing to share responsibility for all students meeting high standards

Desired Qualifications:
1. Responsive Classroom training or experience – strong classroom managment
2. Experience as team leader
3. Reading and Writing workshop training or experience
4. Understanding of formative assessment and its impact on student learning
5. A high level of understanding of culturally responsive teaching
6. Experience in Professional Learning Communities – Data driven decision maker

Director of Business

Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Director of Business serves as the chief financial officer of the school district providing financial information, analysis, revenue and expenditure projections and reports to management, Superintendent and Board to assist them in district decision making.

 

The Director of Business oversees and manages all fiscal/finance operations, programs and staff involved in budgeting, payroll, benefits, accounts payable, cash flow analysis, investments, contract costing, pay equity implementation; district audit and oversight of food operations.
