High School for Recording Arts is looking for a full-time Special Education Case Manager and Teacher to work with HSRA students. They will have a caseload of students, facilitate IEPs / IEP Meetings, participate in student evaluations, and provide creative instruction. At HSRA, Case Managers are given the opportunity to develop in-depth relationships with their students and support to their families to create IEPs that truly serve the student. In this role, one helps model and encourage respect, communication, and competency during student work tasks and during socialization. Professionalism, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach are essential when working with students receiving special education services to ensure their safety and growth and to help them understand and exhibit appropriate behaviors at school and in the community.
