A full-time (1.0 FTE) Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Faribault Public Schools. The BCBA will provide behavior analysis services and develop behavior intervention plans for special education students. In addition, support and professional learning will be provided to school staff, paraprofessionals, and parents/guardians, with respect to behavior intervention techniques, conducting assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans.

The Valley View Principal works under the direction of the Superintendent of Schools to perform complex professional work. Duties include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining effective educational programs consistent with philosophies, policies and goals of the School Board and state and federal guidelines. The principal provides continuous leadership and management of the Valley View staff, students and programs. The principal ensures student safety, engages in public relations and community outreach and related work as apparent or assigned.
