Description: Long Term Substitute (LTS) Physical Therapist to provide services and consultation for students with special needs, district wide. Position runs approximately from February 27th through May 19th, 2017. Job Summary: The licensed Physical Therapist will provide direct and indirect services to students with special needs, birth to grade 12. Collaborate with staff across the district working with students with special needs.
LTS DCD Teacher
Description: 1.0 FTE LTS Special Education Teacher, DCD starting approximately February 1st, 2017 to May 26th , 2017. Job Summary: Responsible for delivering direct and indirect services to students with learning and/or social, emotional and behavioral needs; ability to monitor and document student progress; ability to develop/manage IEPs and facilitate team meetings; ability to oversee paraprofessionals and collaborate with families and other staff on services and strategies.
