PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Assists with the preparation of social media, newsletters, handouts, pamphlets and other informative materials concerning Child Nutrition Services for the purpose of distributing information to students, personnel, parents and the community. Provides high level of customer satisfaction by helping to market child nutrition programs district wide. 2.Participates in district and department committees and professional organizations. 3.Participates in menu planning and product development. 4.Provides assistance with training to staff and managers in all areas, to include food safety, menu production, compliance, customer service, and marketing. 5.Assists with managing nutrition analysis and menu software to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while meeting high standards of nutrition and wellness. 6.Assists with budget analysis and data to develop strategies to address business needs. 7.Assists with implementing and monitoring inventory controls at all sites and continual improvement processes. 8.Assists with equipment installation, training and repair. 9.Provides information and documentation for all monthly reports. 10.Assists with audits and site visits. 11.Coordinates catering with site managers and monitors for quality and consistency. 12.Assists with creating and reviewing department procedures.
