POSITION SUMMARY: Perform instructional leadership and management of the educational program to maximize student learning under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent. Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the school consistent with the philosophy, mission, values, goals and strategic plan of the school district. This includes instructional programs, co-curricular activities, and student management systems to ensure a safe and orderly climate, building maintenance, program evaluation, personnel management, office operations and emergency procedures.
