AESP – LCTS Administrative Assistant (20 hrs/week)

Description:  Under the direction of the Governance Comission and Executive Director, North West Health Family Service Collaborative, the LCTS Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing extensive administrative support to NWHFSC personnel. Duties include scheduling, coordinating activities and assisting with communication materials associated with collaborative-sponsored events, workshops and meetings; coordinating calendars, maintaining records for staff activities; assisting the Coordinator with preparing and managing financial budgets and grants records; assisting the District Webmaster with maintaining the correctness and functionality of the Collaborative’s website; editing and producing newsletters and report.

Responsibilities and tasks include: Maintain office space in professional and welcoming condition.
Track and manage financial reports on monthly basis; Includes bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable duties.
Manage databases for email communications list, partners, service affiliates, and edit content for brochures, newsletters, and annual reports.
Track and update appointments or event dates as needed on calendar.
Administer schedule for the NWHFSC Coordinator.
Field phone calls and emails as needed.
Order office supplies, including IT equipment.
Other general duties as needed or assigned.
Minimum qualifications include: High school diploma or GED.
Excellent verbal and written skills, including knowledge of office practices, grammar, spelling and educational terminology.  Advanced knowledge of computers and software applications with proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, Mailchimp, Sign-up Genius, and web based applications.  Knowledge of bookkeeping concepts and terminology.  At least one year previous administrative and/or related work experience.
Preferred qualifications:

Prior related secretarial/clerical work experience desired.
Prior customer service and Microsoft Office experience required.
Experience in an education setting preferred.
Excellent verbal and written skills, including knowledge of office practices, grammar, spelling and educational terminology. ?
Advanced knowledge of computers and software applications with proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, Mailchimp, Sign-up Genius, and web based applications.  Knowledge of bookkeeping concepts and terminology.  At least one year previous administrative and/or related work experience.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities include:

Understanding of data entry concepts.
Knowledge of spreadsheet and database management software and word processing skills.
