Gift Officer
Minnehaha Academy is a PreK – 12th grade Christian school and a ministry of the Northwest Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church of America. Our mission is to provide a high quality education integrating faith and learning.
Minnehaha Academy Office of Advancement is seeking a Gift Officer. This is a 12-month, full time position.
The Gift Officer serves the critical role of establishing and deepening relationships with key constituents capable of supplying the school with essential resources required to:
- enrich student learning and professional development, serve local communities, strengthen and deepen relationships and loyalty, and advance the school and its national footprint
- grow endowment and increase fundraising
- support a bustling enrollment at all divisions, with a diverse student body that understands and embraces the mission of the school
The Gift Officer will have a portfolio of 125-150 prospects for which they will plan and develop personalized communication, cultivation, and stewardship in order to solicit and bring to closure annual fund, capital and legacy gifts. They will serve a critical role to meet or exceed annual gift income goals while providing excellence in stewardship to maximize retention and encourage upgraded future giving and involvement.
Elementary Resource Specialist

Position Summary:
- The Resource Specialist will provide training, consultation and support to teachers, instructional staff, administrators and school-based leadership teams to facilitate the implementation of System of Supports at the school level. This role will work collaboratively with the Teaching and Learning. This role is to support staff and involves direct student contact and coordinating with families. Responsibilities include directly supporting all learners, with an emphasis of those learners identified as needing direct and indirect support as a result of learning loss caused by the Covid19 pandemic.
Qualifications:
- Must hold appropriate Minnesota teaching license
Full-time (1.0 FTE) Earth Science and/or Physical Science Teacher – High School
Job Description: A full time (1.0 FTE) Earth Science and/or Physical Science teacher at Faribault High School commencing with the 2022-23school year on August 22, 2022. This teaching assignment will include Physical Science in our 9th grade academy and 1 section of AVID 10.

The Teacher develops material and lesson plans, conducts classroom instruction and evaluates and assess student performance. The incumbent meets with parents, interprets student progress, and informs parents/guardians about student strengths, weaknesses, and progress.
