GFW High School is looking for a Head Boy’s Basketball Coach for the start of the 2017 season.. Qualities/Responsibilities include…. *Leading coaches and athletes in a positive and enthusiastic manner. *Develop and oversee the basketball program at all levels. *Work closely with the AD on developing game/practice/transportation schedules. *Maintain equipment/uniform inventory. *Communicate clearly with athletes, parents, coaching staff, AD, and the community. *Maintain a positive attitude that promotes the program within the community. *Being knowledgeable of MSHSL rules. *Upholding the expectations of GFW and the GFW community. We look forward to adding a new coach to our team who will guide future basketball participants to new levels of success on and off the court.

The Minnesota School Boards Association (MSBA) is a private, nonprofit organization based in St. Peter, MN, which exists to support, promote and strengthen the work of public school boards and public education. MSBA is seeking a person to fill the position of Associate Director of Management Services beginning October 30, 2017. This individual will work with Association staff and members. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Assist with Association services and programs in the areas of school board/employee relations, labor relations/negotiations, Master Agreement language, and strategic planning. * Present at Association seminars and training programs and conduct in-district in-services. * Author articles for MSBA publications.

Intervention Teacher (part- time 0.20 FTEs) NonPublic Sites A position is available for a part-time (0.20 FTEs) Intervention Teacher for the 2017-18 school year at NonPublic sites (Mt. Olive/Loyola). Teacher will be responsible for implementing intervention programs with students working on specific, targeted literacy skills. Important to this position will be the ongoing assessment of students who are receiving the additional literacy intervention as well as continuous collaboration with classroom teachers, special education staff, EL and the Literacy Coordinator.
