A Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Orchestra teacher(.4 at Faribault High School and .6 at Faribault Middle School). Responsibilities include high school orchestra, lessons, and sections of orchestra at the middle school. There are 5 formal concerts at the high school, and three formal concerts at the middle school, participation at a local festival, and other co-curricular orchestras. The qualified candidate should have experience starting beginning orchestra students, demonstrated success working with middle and high school aged students, proficiency on string instruments, maintains instrument inventory, and communicates well with students, parents, teachers, and administration. This position commences with the 2018-2019 school year on August 27, 2018.

Full-time (1.0 FTE) Secondary Language Arts Teacher at Faribault High School for 2018-19 school year. Performs professional work providing a broad range of teaching services within our core Language Arts department, assisting students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed as a foundation for future learning in accordance with each student’s ability, using a variety of teaching and learning methods at various levels to a targeted audience.
