Position Start Date:  2026-2027 School Year
FTE/Hours:  1.0 FTE
Responsible To:  Building Principal; Special Education Director/Supervisor

Major Job Functions; Specific Tasks/Required Knowledge, Ability and Skills:  See attachment.
Qualifications:  Valid State of Minnesota License in Special Education

Salary Range:  $53,432 – $108,172 for a 184 day contract @ a 1.0 FTE  (Salary will be prorated based on contract days in assignment, education and experience)
Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment:  Compensation will be determined by District 112 and the Chaska Education Association (CEA).

Supervisor of Specialized Education Services

Position Start Date:  July 1, 2026
Salary: $155,934 – $159,334 (with district longevity) (260 day contract July 1 – June 30)
Responsible To:  Executive Director of Specialized Education Services

Position Purpose:  Provides leadership, oversight, and supervision of B-22 specialized education services and programs to ensure high-quality instruction, compliance, and positive outcomes for students with disabilities.

Qualifications:  Valid State of Minnesota License – Director of Special Education; Special Education Teacher licensure or related service provider license

Experience Requirements:

Five (5) years in special education experience
Three (3) years previous administration experience in special education
Program development and experience evaluating teachers
Proven success in working with students, parents, staff and administrators
Experience with continuous improvement and data management

Benefits:  Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Non-Aligned Coordinators, Managers and Supervisors and Chaska School District 112. This position is not eligible for overtime and comp time.

School Psychologist

Job Summary:

Worthington District 518 has an opening for a licensed School Psychologist under the supervision of the Director of Special Education and the Building Principal. Responsibilities include serving on the special education assessment team, completing psychological evaluations, and writing reports for students of all disabilities. The psychologist will also provide consultation services for staff concerning pre-referral and child find interventions. Experience working in a collaborative environment with students, families and staff is required. Candidates with strengths in good communication, collaboration and teamwork are preferred. Speech/Language Pathologist

Job Description:   
Full-time Speech / Language Pathologist.  This position commences on approximately 8/24/26 with the start of the 26-27 school year.

Qualifications: 
Knowledge and experience providing speech/language services to students.  Ability to administer assessments to determine qualification based on Minnesota Criteria for speech/language services.  Ability to write IEP/IFSP goals and keep accurate records.  Knowledge of due process procedures.  Ability to collect, interpret and report data. Excellent communication skills.  Ability to work in a highly collaborative model.  Ability to collaborate with general and special education teachers regarding students’ communication needs.  All candidates will be considered.

Elementary Instructional Coach
