Job Title:  6th grade Teacher

 Essential Functions: A full-time (1.0 FTE) middle school teacher at Faribault Middle School. The teacher will teach general education courses which may include social studies, language arts, science and/or AVID elective courses. The ideal candidate will create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students use interactive and engaging activities to engage with academic content. This position will commence with the 2025-2026 school year.

 Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Implement the provided curriculum and collaborate with a team to support student academic growth. Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and collaboration. Knowledge of AVID strategies is a plus. Support and follow School Board policies and procedures. Be a positive and contributing member of our professional community.

Staffing Success Coordinator

POSITION AVAILABLE:   Staffing Success Coordinator

POSITION LOCATION:  Southwest West Central Service Cooperative with placement in Marshall, MN.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:  The Staffing Success Coordinator supports SWWC’s mission by fostering a positive, engaging, and high-performing work environment for all staff.  Assists in both recruitment and employee experience initiatives.  Attracts and onboards high-quality candidates, while also ensuring current staff feel supported, valued, and connected.  Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, streamlining hiring processes, and implementing onboarding practices that integrate new hires into SWWC.  In addition, the Staffing Success Coordinator supports employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and promote job satisfaction.  Acting as a central resource for employees and supervisors, this position helps connect people with tools and resources they need to contribute their best work.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s Degree and experience in a job-related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field that enables performance of all aspects of this position.  A valid driver’s license is required.

CONTRACT/SALARY:  Full-time position (260 days) beginning 9/8/2025.   Salary ranges from $65,405-$93,153. This role includes benefits, details of which can be found here.

Culturally Responsive Instructional Leadership Lead

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:  The Culturally Responsive Instructional Leadership (CRIL) Lead is an MDE-funded service cooperative employee who serves as a member of a Statewide CRIL Team and supports regional school leader development in the CRIL framework and instructional leadership.

 

The CRIL Lead will be committed to developing school leaders in addressing historical and persistent inequities in educational opportunities and outcomes for students, especially students of color, students with disabilities, and students from low socioeconomic backgrounds, and understand MnMTSS as an equity-focused framework through which these inequities can be addressed. The person hired for this position will also have strong instructional leadership skills and experience developing school leaders to become strong equity-focused instructional leaders.

 

The CRIL Lead will have demonstrated an understanding of the CRIL framework, the MnMTSS framework, high-quality core and foundational instruction and school climate, and the ability to coach leaders to continuously improve their districts and schools towards a more equitable and excellent system.  May be assigned to perform duties that match those in the Education Consultant role.

SALARY:  This full-time (225-day) position begins on July 1st, 2025, for the 2025-2026 school year.  Bachelor’s degree salary range of $50,855 to $71,248.  Master’s salary range of $60,646 to $92,477.  PhD salary range of $70,196 to $94,068.  Salary depending on education, qualifications, abilities, and experience. Lunch Room Paraprofessional- 2 Positions

 Job Description:   A part-time Class 2 Lunchroom Supervision Paraprofessional, three (3) hours per day (10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.), five (5) days per week at the Faribault High School for the 25-26 school year.  The position involves providing support and supervision in the lunchroom.  This position begins 09/02/2025.

 Qualifications:  High School Diploma.  Experience working in a school setting preferred.  Ability to take and follow through with direction from administration, with excellent organization and communication skills.  Ability to demonstrate a calm approach when working with students and adults.  Ability to work with multi-cultural students.  Ability to work independently.

Salary Range: $52,851 – $104,522 for a 185 day contract @ a 1.0 FTE  (Salary will be prorated based on contract days in assignment and FTE, education, and experience). Salary and benefits pursuant to the Chaska Education Association (CEA) Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment:  Compensation will be determined by District 112 and the Chaska Education Association (CEA). Currently under negotiations.

Elementary Classroom Teacher – 5th Grade

Essential Functions: A full-time (1.0 FTE) Fifth Grade Teacher at Lincoln Elementary School. Performs professional work providing a broad range of teaching services within our elementary school, assisting students to develop skills, attitudes and learning methods at various levels to a targeted audience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Must have the ability to work as a team in planning and teaching with an emphasis on differentiating instruction and using assessments effectively. Must use the Responsive Classroom approach consistently by conducting regular class meetings, supportive exchanges and clear expectations. Collaboration with grade level team, special education team and specialists to develop a positive learning environment. Collaborate and communicate effectively with parents. Support and follow School Board policies and procedures. Be a positive and contributing member of our professional community.

Faribault Public Schools is a rural Pre-K through Adult School District located about 50 miles south of the Twin-Cities.
