POSITION AVAILABLE: Assistant Director of Special Education
POSITION LOCATION: Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) with placement in the Willmar, MN School District.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Assistant Director of Special Education provides instructional staff leadership in the development and implementation of educational programs for children with disabilities who require a specialized educational program and have special needs.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree required and considerable experience in a job-related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in a job-related field. Minnesota licensure as Director of Special Education from Department of Education. Valid Driver’s license. A criminal background check will be conducted on the successful applicant.
CONTRACT/SALARY: 220-day full-time position for the 2024-25 school year. Position to begin July 1, 2024. Excellent salary depending upon education, qualifications, and experience. Excellent fringe benefits.
