Under the direction of the Human Resources Coordinator, the Human Resource Specialist is responsible for coordinating all aspects of employee benefits, managing employee leave tracking, workers’ compensation, and leave accommodations, and providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Key responsibilities include resolving issues related to insurance benefits, retirement, reporting, and reconciliation; overseeing onboarding and employee orientation; ensuring compliance with benefit-related statutes; managing employee proof of coverage; and supporting office functions to enhance departmental operations.
