Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking a full time School Psychologist at our West, Tiger, and Park Elementary buildings beginning with the 2024-2025 school year and beyond. Candidates should be appropriately licensed/certified as a school psychologist through the State of Minnesota. Candidates possessing multiple licenses, certifications, and/or endorsements are always preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities include evaluation, teacher and parent consultation, MTSS involvement, academic and behavioral intervention planning, counseling, providing staff development, and working closely with building teams.
West Elementary is a unique building where we educate the Districts’ first learners – Preschool, Kindergarten, and First Graders. This position may be eligible for a hiring incentive payment of up to $2,000 during the first year of employment, a retention incentive payment of up to $1,000 during the second year of employment, a retention incentive payment of up to $1,000 during the third year of employment, and a retention incentive payment of up to $2,000 during the sixth year of employment.
