This teacher must be able to differentiate Art education effectively to meet the needs of students with a wide range of learning needs. He or she will also work to develop curriculum and establish and maintain a safe and professional teaching and learning environment. The successful teacher will also regularly collaborate with peers in leadership and learning communities within the school and district.
