Experience working with elementary age students is preferred.  Previous experience with ELL programming and instruction in an elementary setting preferred.   Candidates must exhibit strong content knowledge, ability to collaborate with administration and staff to reach district and building goals, and the proven ability to build strong relationships with students, parents and staff.  Commitment to work with students from diverse cultures and economic backgrounds.

Qualifications: Valid State of Minnesota License in 6-12 FACS preferred/ licensure in another content area consider if  there is an interest and/or work experience related to  family consumer science.  Would need to to eligible to apply for a tier 1 license in family and consumer sciences.

Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment:  Compensation will be determined by District 112 and the Chaska Education Association (CEA).

ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL – BEMIDJI HIGH SCHOOL

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Principal assists the Principal in the supervision and coordination of student discipline and welfare.  This individual also assists in the supervision of staff and conducting staff development activities.  This vacancy is for grades 9 through 12 high school which will serve approximately 1,500 students.
