Qualifications: A Specialist Degree in school administration or educational leadership or a doctorate degree in educational leadership. A valid Minnesota Superintendent’s License. Three years experience in teaching and four years experience in school-level administration is required, two years district-level preferred. Demonstrated experience in managing diverse and inclusive educational environments. Proven track record of effective fiscal management and resource allocation. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, parents/guardians, and the community. Commitment to fostering a culture of equity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Contract Information:
A competitive salary and benefits package, with a starting salary range of $170,000 – $210,000 which is negotiated based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may include Health Insurance through BCBS /Dental/Life/LTD, TRA pension, 403(b) Matching Annuity, Personal time, Holidays, and ESST (Sick) leave.
