Performs complex executive and administrative work assisting with the direction of programs, operations, activities and facilities of the White Bear Lake Public School District, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work involves setting policies and goals under the direction of the Superintendent. Serves as Human Rights Officer for students.
Conducts investigations on behalf of district administration as it pertains to student investigations.
Oversees the distribution, collection and analysis for district assessments, tests and reports.
Assigns, directs, trains and reviews staff work; provides recommendations regarding hiring, transferring, promoting, suspending, terminating and demoting employees; evaluates performance and develops staff schedules.
Manages program budgets to maximize efficiencies and assures compliance.
