Job Summary:
Coordinating Infinite Campus systems and modules including electronic registration and master schedule creation and management
Research discrepancies in course details, enrollment balance, and updating course details as needed to ensure the accuracy of information
Maintain and manage student transcripts, grade changes, scheduled trimester grade checks, and report cards
Oversee all input/output information to ensure accuracy
Performs enrollment and withdrawal activities for the purpose of ensuring compliance with financial, legal state or federal requirements
Respond to questions from a variety of internal and external sources for the purpose of providing information and direction
Provide excellent customer service to students, staff and families. All other duties as assigned
Manage calendars & clerical needs as directed

Under the direction of the OST Youth Programs Coordinator and daily guidance of the OST Manager, the Child Care Teacher supervises daily activities, events, and stations; interacts with children in activities and learning stations; provides leadership with the preparation of the child care location and environment for daily program events, activities, and functions; and enforces program behavioral rules and guidelines. The Child Care Teacher creates daily lessons and activity plans within the themes and curriculum of the program. The Child Care Teacher plans, implements and monitors activities and routines to assure the safety of participants and staff, the adherence to program rules and guidelines, and the quality of service. The Child Care Teacher provides supervision over the program activities in the absence of the OST Manager.
