DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS:

Ensures accounting integrity in the food service fund. Responsible for providing accurate data to the food service director, which facilitates compliance to state and federal guidelines. Responsible for support to the cashiers regarding a technology-based accountability system. Assists the director in other areas as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Prepares required federal and state periodic reports including the federal free and reduced price meal program.

 Maintains and updates the account coding system to meet UFARS requirements.

 Monitors monthly cash receipts records received from the cashiers. Reconciles bank deposits and follow-up with all deposit discrepancies. Responsible for non-sufficient fund collections.

 Implements procedures to ensure proper utilization of computerized meal accountability program. Trouble shoots and resolves computer hardware and software problems.

 Trains staff to ensure compliance with state and federal program guidelines.

 Manages the end of fiscal year procedures for archiving accounts.

 Monitors and updates districtwide produce pricing and food use transfers. Issues billing statements for catered events.

Assistant Varsity Coach, Boys Hockey – #4238

Duties:  Assist the varsity head coach with all aspects of the Spring Lake Park Boys Hockey Program including but not limited to setting up practices, games, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and games; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; working with booster club and regular meetings with other coaches to evaluate goals of the overall  program.  Must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and games.

Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:

Teaching Secondary English, preferably at the Senior High School level is required. A strong knowledge base on assessment for learning, personalization/differentiation and intervention strategies is highly desired.  Ability to teach high school standards in all areas of language arts is important. This person will be a part of the 10th grade Small Learning Community with three other core teachers.  Courses taught will include mainstream, honors and upper level courses. Additional courses and other certifications/licensure are helpful.

Duties of this job include, but are not limited to…

under the supervision of a Behavior Specialist, implementing behaviors plans customized and personalized for students to reinforce preferred behavior;
performing general data collection tasks for the purpose of progress monitoring student success;
having the ability and passion to work with students with emotional/behavior issues is essential;
working comfortably with students in individual, small group, and large group environments, in both general and special education settings;
working effectively with an interdisciplinary team, while having the ability to work independently;
working with school staff to provide behavior support to students in collaboration with teachers; and
participating in, and providing information for, team meetings related to student success and next actions.
