High School Principal

The Becker School District is seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve as High School Principal!

The successful applicant will have experience working effectively with staff and students, and collaborating with peers and supervisors.  This candidate will understand how to lead a high school team and leverage collective capacity to ensure continuous improvement in student outcomes through delivery of a first class 21st century education.  Experience as a principal or assistant principal is preferred.

Becker High School enrollment is approximately 900 students with about 40 faculty members.  The position is supported by an assistant principal, activities director, administrative assistant, attendance secretary, two counselors and a counseling secretary.

Interventionist/Instructional Coach 1.0 FTE

Full-Time Interventionist/Instructional Coach needed for 2019-2020 school year and beyond.  This new position should be established for the purpose of providing systematic intervention to students and instructional support for staff at Sleepy Eye High School.  This position’s primary purpose would be to improve academic achievement, test scores, and behavior of all students.  This position will provide leadership to classroom teachers in implementing intervention initiatives and support with personalized learning.  They will also plan, implement, and assess intervention services to ensure fidelity.  The goal for this position is to increase staff’s capacity to effectively implement universal practices to all students by providing staff with ongoing and embedding professional development.
