Due to potentially three additional Advocate positions effective July 1st 2019, Resource Training & Solutions will hire qualified Advocates within our team.

As part of the statewide Regional Centers of Excellence (RCE), Advocates build the capacity of districts, schools, and charters to engage in continuous improvement, to implement the World’s Best Workforce (WBWF) legislation and the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). The ultimate goals of closing student access, opportunity and achievement gaps while raising achievement and graduation rates for all student groups.

Resource Training & Solutions is considering candidates with experience and expertise in any one or more of the following areas:

  • Equity Education
  • Reading Instruction
  • Math Instruction
  • Multilingual Education
  • Special Education
  • Instructional Coaching
  • Elementary, Secondary, or Alternative
  • Building Principal, or
  • District (Traditional or Charter) position(s).

Our Central Lakes team offices in Sartell, yet RCE positions are home-based. Our high achieving team reside from Brainerd to Sauk Centre to Minneapolis/St. Paul. Mileage is reimbursed for our almost daily travel from home to districts and schools. Meals and lodging are reimbursed in accordance with the Commissioner’s Reimbursement Plan as are occasional overnight stays.

Life Science Teacher

Position Purpose:  The Integration Equity Coordinator serves as a leader informing and influencing systemic change to develop, implement, and sustain culturally responsive systems through teaching, leading,
organizational policies and practices, and community engagement.

Required Qualifications:

School, district, or organizational leadership experience
Demonstrated commitment or training in equity-related professional development
Experience with coordination, design, and delivery of culturally responsive programs, services, and initiatives.
Expertise in culturally responsive teaching and leading.
Excellent organizational, managerial, planning, and time management skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with others and to lead a team.
Strong oral and written communication and listening skills.
