SUMMARY: To assist students to function in the educational environment by addressing the student’s personal, social and emotional needs as they pertain to school, home and community. Have a strong background in section 504 plans and due process procedures.

Teacher, Preschool/ECFE
POSITION: Part-time Preschool/ECFE Teacher. Position will work approximately 20 hours per week.
SUMMARY: The ideal candidate must be able to develop, implement, and instruct developmentally appropriate learning experiences and curriculum for preschool children. The candidate must demonstrate a warm and welcoming rapport with children and parents, have knowledge of child development, communicate effectively and professionally, and maintain confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a CDA degree in early childhood education
- Prefer a license in early childhood

Director of Teaching and Learning
POSITION: Full-time, year-round Teaching and Learning Director for Jordan Public Schools.
SUMMARY: Provide complex professional work planning and coordinating the execution of curriculum, coordinating testing programs and special projects, coordinating professional staff development and training, train and support classroom teachers, administrators, and other staff in the use of technology to supplement and enhance student learning.
SALARY: Per Director of Teaching and Learning Contract
REPORTS TO: Superintendent
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s or advanced degree with a minimum of ten years of successful teaching and/or administrative experience.
- Master’s or advanced degree in Teaching and Learning, Leadership, Curriculum or other related field
- Prefer administrative license
- Knowledge of curriculum development and selection of appropriate instructional materials.
- Knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures of curriculum development.
- Knowledge of and ability to disseminate state, local, and national testing programs, procedures, guidelines, and techniques.
- Knowledge of staff development programs, strategies and procedures.
- Ability to develop and present ideas effectively, orally and in written form in an effective and timely manner.
- Strong knowledge of technology and its uses.
- Ability to recommend training or development opportunities.
- Writing skills necessary to complete state and national reports related to curriculum and assessment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other staff, subordinates, supervisors, the School Board and general public.

Math Teacher (7-12) Full-time
Fulda Public Schools has an opening for the 2019-20 school year for a full-time High School (7-12) Math Teacher. Coaching and other assignments are available, but not required.
Work-Based Learning Coordinator
* Provides support to allow special education students opportunities to learn skills while working on the job. *Work with member school districts to complete work-based learning applications. *Work with an advisory board per district to direct the work of the work-based learning programs. *Ensure appropriate documentation regarding the work-based learning students is kept on file. *Work with member districts to develop a curriculum to integrate classroom learning and cooperative education. *Develop strategies to work toward adequate job opportunities for students. *Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and employers regarding administrative and operating requirements for the cooperative education program. *Function as the primary contact for employers. Conduct regular site visits. *Provide direction to job coaches as relevant. *Increase knowledge about research-based strategies for integrated employment and support use within our member districts. *Maintain knowledge of related agencies and their services available to students in transition. *Other duties as apparent or assigned
