Days: 261 days
Hours: 8 hours a day
Compensation: Per unit agreement
Qualifications/Experience:  2 to 3 years of previous office, computer, and database experience.  Ability to speak a second language (Spanish or Somali) preferred.

Summary:
Responsible for welcoming and assisting new families with the registration process; enrolling students; processing variance/open enrollments; maintaining Synergy Student Information System (including student data changes); and assisting database manager on special projects and submissions.  Communicate with staff and public using exemplary customer service, judgment, attention to detail and initiative.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and assist new families with registration process both in person and electronically.
Record new student registration on Synergy system.
Scan student registration forms and court documents into electronic storage system.
Processes student data changes.
Routinely communicate with area public and/or government agencies for the purpose of updating census and non-resident data.
Coordinate, prepare, and maintain data systems for variance, open enrollment and nonpublic students.
Coordinate, prepare, and maintain the district census data.
Knowledge and ability to utilize software packages including but not limited to Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), and Laserfiche.
Assist with department mailings and special projects.
Answer and respond to department phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Design and maintain data bases and related lists, records, and forms related to student enrollment and related student information system databases
Answer inquiries and provide database support to buildings and district wide clerical staff, building administrators, and district wide administrators.
Extract data for internal and external requests using Synergy software.
Other duties as assigned.

Early Childhood Program Associate

This position supports the learning and growth of children in preschool and pre-kindergarten classrooms District-Wide by assisting the Lead Staff with the planning and set up of the physical environment and with the implementation of the planned curriculum.  Multiple positions are available.
Responsibilities include:

demonstrating positive adult-child interactions,
supporting and supervising young children in preschool classrooms
providing a stimulating, safe and secure environment for play and exploration
assisting with collection of assessment data through play
general housekeeping tasks and
participating in program and community events.
This position may also provide one to one support when needed to meet children’s specific needs.  Additional hours may be available or assigned in related early childhood programs

Early Childhood Team Coordinator I

This position leads the planning and set up of a nurturing early childhood environment and the implementation of planned research based curriculum and culturally relevant learning experiences to support the growth and development of 3-5 year olds.  Responsibilities include:

building relationships through strong, positive adult-child interactions
providing a stimulating, safe and secure environment for play and exploration
planning and implementing research based curriculum aligned with the Early Childhood Indicators of Progress
providing culturally relevant learning experiences,
gathering authentic observation and assessment data through play
supporting family engagement in early childhood settings
directing the work of support staff, and
participating in program and community events.
One91 preschool focuses on appropriate development of social emotional skills through play while supporting language and literacy, math, connection to nature and scientific thinking.

Health Services Supervisor

Description:
Supervisor of Nursing. 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) for 220 days/year.

Job Summary:
The Nursing Supervisor provides leadership in the development and maintenance of the district student health services program and oversees health services employees.

  • Provides leadership and direction in the planning, implementation, development, growth, and evaluation of student health services.
  • Oversees the day-to-day provision of student health services.
    Assists the Director of Special Services in employee evaluation and coaching.
  • Assists in the hiring and supervision of district nursing staff.
  • Ensures employees are adhering to health services standards through trainings and monitoring.
  • Plans the implementation of nursing services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minnesota Registered Nurse License (RN)
  • Minnesota School Nurse Licensure (LSN)
  • At least two years’ supervisory experience in public or community health nursing
  • Intermediate technology skills.
  • Knowledge of and expertise in federal and state laws in student health services.
  • Ability to research and gather information from a variety of sources.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in public health, nursing or health education.
  • Five years of professional experience in related area.

Working Conditions:
Office environment.
Must be able to travel between sites.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
