The MAWSECO central office is located in Howard Lake, MN which is west of the metro and south of St. Cloud.

Job Summary:
Provides instruction in content area in accordance with each student’s ability, creates a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth.  Establishes effective working relationships with students and parents, works collaboratively with other staff members.  Administer ACCESS testing.  Participate in PLC’s.  Work collaboratively with other staff members.

Qualifications:
Valid MN teaching license for ESL.
Knowledge and willingness to co-teach with reading and language arts teacher preferred.
Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction.
Strong classroom management skills.
Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff.
