Job Summary:
Receptionist – face-to-face and telephone, assist AP’s and building secretary with duties as assigned, absence discipline tracking, co-op coverage and mailings.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years clerical experience or equivalent, preferred.
Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
Familiarity with telephone and computer systems.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills.

Working Conditions: Office, lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, sitting, keyboarding, etc.

Job Summary:
Perform periodic parking lot and building walk-throughs to monitor and report policy infractions and suspicious behavior to administration
Check documentation and escort those without appropriate documentation to office or class
Report to administration any incidents related to improper documentation for entry/exit on school grounds
Prepare written statements of school incidents as needed

Qualifications:
High School diploma
Past experience with students is helpful

Working Conditions:
Classroom, office, lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, sitting, keyboarding, etc.
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.

CFO/Executive Director of Business Services

negotiating labor agreements. Provides oversight regarding the operations and the budget of
business services, food service, transportation, finance, purchasing, human resources and facilities
functions. Provides financial information to the Board and the public. Performs financial analysis of
District functions and recommends changes to maximize resource utilization. Provides for the
treasury function, including cash flow, ensuring the District is liquid for accounts payable, payroll
and cash-on-hand to meet day- to-day operations; invests surplus cash in order to maximize
interest earnings.
