Description:  ISD 191 is a suburban Minneapolis system of 8,500 students comprised of the communities of Burnsville, Eagan, and Savage. Essential Job Functions

License / Education Requirements:  Minnesota special education teaching license(s).  Highly qualified in a core academic area(s) or can be certified highly qualified.

Job Responsibilities:  The licensed Special Education Lead works closely with the district Individualized Student Services Team to support the development and implementation of the building/program’s special education service delivery model. The teacher serves as a resource for their special education staff in disseminating information on evidence-based instructional practices and targeted professional development.

Social Studies 1.0 FTE Teacher

Full-time (1.0 FTE)  Social Studies Teacher at Faribault High School.  This position will commence with the 2018-2019 school year starting August 27, 2018.  Position willl be teaching US History and World History.

General Information: Faribault Public Schools is a rural Pre-K through Adult School District located about 50 miles south of the Twin-Cities. The school district currently serves approximately 3,700 students in Faribault and our surrounding areas within our community of 23,000 citizens within the city limits. District sites include one early childhood center, three elementary schools K-5, one middle school 6-8, one high school 9-12, one area learning center 9-12 and one education center for adult education.

The historic community of Faribault offers adventure, fun, unique dining, history, shopping and entertainment.
