The Aquatic Director administers a school aquatics program for Twin Bluff Middle School, supervises safe operation of the pool, and coaches the Red Wing High School Girls’ and Boys’ Swim/Dive Teams. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: *Coaching techniques for swimming, including competitions, practices and strength/conditioning. *State and national regulations and health/safety standards associated with operation of public swimming pools. *Knowledge and ability to direct appropriate aquatic programming for youth. *Ability to maintain administrative, fiscal and academic records, some of which are confidential. *Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school officials, administrators, employees, students and the public. *Effective verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills. *Ability to organize and prioritize work. *Knowledge of office productivity software and pool timing

Provide an ideal, positive learning environment, instruct students in individual or group sessions, develop, translate and integrate lesson plans, and establish positive relationships. This teacher will teach a technology/engineering 21st Century Skills Class to elementary school students as part of a specialist rotation. The ideal candidate will have strong technology skills as well as an interest and passion for engineering, and robotics.

Performs complex professional work supervising the payroll and finance department staff and operations, managing financial records, investments and grants, preparing for and supervising the completion of district financial audits, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations. Continuous supervision is exercised over Accounts Payable Clerk, Payroll Clerk and Accountant.
