HSRA is looking for a dynamic outgoing person to teach in our 21st Century Experiential STEAM Shop program! The STEAM Specialist will work with our team to execute a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) program for HSRA students. This person will present HSRA students with an innovative, experiential, and experimental program that helps students learn the principles of Physics, Mechanics, and Engineering in a creative and hands-on way. The STEAM Specialist will utilize experiments, curate community guests to supplement their programming in house and on experiential field trips, and provide a fun experimental class experience! (Machines! Engineering! Engines! Robots! Computers! Coding! Experiments! FUN!) The ability to incorporate coding / computer supplemental programming is a huge plus. They will be responsible for overseeing student engagement, curriculum construction, experiential learning planning / facilitating, classroom teaching, administrative tasks, and student projects. AMERICAN INDIAN CULTURE & CURRICULUM SPECIALIST
This is a full time position. Primary responsibilities include: *Provide training for instructional staff on American Indian Culture & Traditions. *Develop/Identify lesson plans/units on American Indian Culture, History & Traditions. *Provide training for instructional staff on effective use/implementation of lesson plans/units on American Indian Culture, History & Traditions. *Review current District curriculum to ensure compliance with Minnesota Standards and integration of American Indian content and resources.
COMPUTER KEYBOARDING AND TECHNOLOGY TEACHER
This is a full time position at the elementary level.
