Enrollment Coordinator
Position is responsible for the following functions for Aspen Academy including state reports, student management software, transportation liaison, staff payroll rep and enrollment. Work involves analyzing, researching, and responding to questions regarding student enrollment and transportation, state and authorizer reports (data entry) and software training within the Aspen community. Corresponds as appropriate with administration, board of directors, staff, students, parents, and reports to the Executive Director.
Controller
Job Title: Controller 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 260 days per year Essential Functions: -Coordinates the day to day activities of the business office to ensure an orderly workflow; ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, local, state and federal statutes and board policy; assists in the supervision and coordination of business office staff. -Coordinates the budgeting process; monitors the budget facilitation; aides staff with balances and codes throughout the year; manages financial reporting. -Prepares and arranges for the internal auditing of accounts; cooperates with independent auditors to complete the external annual audit and audit report. -Assists in the implementation and coordination of the district’s accounting functions. -Maintains the Uniform Financial Accounting and Reporting Standards (UFARS) coding system; trains staff on the use of the coding system and financial software. -Assists with making projections and forecasting estimates. -Attends various meetings as a representative and member of the department. -Assists with financial system and upkeep.
Elementary Summer School- Grade Level Teachers
Program Description: *Summer programming will be offered for students completing Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. Programming will focus on strengthening student high leverage skills in math and reading and promote inquiry, creativity, and collaboration through exploration. LTS Speech Language Pathologist
Description: LTS Speech/Language Pathologist for Shakopee School District. Approximate date of position is 5/1/2017-5/29/2017. Position will be working at Pearson 6th Grade Center and High School. Job Summary: Speech/Language Pathologist to evaluate for speech/language disorders; write evaluation reports; develop IEPs; deliver direct & indirect speech/language services; monitor & document student progress; and collaborate with families & other staff.
