SALARY/CONTRACT:  A competitive compensation and benefits package, with a salary range of $120,000 -$140,000, will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. Contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statute. Additional benefits may include Health insurance; vacation/holidays; 403b district contribution.

Business Manager

Barnum Public Schools is looking for a Business Manager to begin July 1, 2025. The business manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the District.  The business manager will prepare annual budgets, supply monthly budget balance and financial reports for the superintendent and school board, oversee finance related activities including revenues, expenditures, budgets, payroll, taxes, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, initiate all UFARS coding, and employ sound accounting practices.   • Do not meet the reciprocity requirements if they are licensed in another state.
